THE HOT ON TOP STORY:
The Hot On Top brand has come a long way over the past 3 years. From humble beginnings at a house party, to exclusive rooftop events, themed soirees, our boutique outdoor festival and playing host to a number of leading international acts. We endeavour to continue growing and producing events of the highest quality for you and your crew to enjoy!
We couldn’t have come this far without our artists, sound & lighting team, venue staff and suppliers. But most of all, we couldn’t have come this far without YOU – our loyal support-base of Hotties. For this reason, we invite you to celebrate this incredible journey with us and raise your champagne glasses as we toast to a bright future together.
To celebrate, we have curated a diverse lineup of South Africa’s leading DJ and Live acts across 2 nights at 2 of our favourite venues in Johannesburg. The stage is set for what promises to be an unforgettable weekend!

FRIDAY 19 MAY: DISCO LOVE MACHINE AT SIR JAMES
We begin the birthday celebrations with a fun night of disco bliss at an intimate space in the heart of Sandton, Sir James. This night is all about the groove that makes you move and dressing to kill in your best disco attire.
Prepare to dance the night away in the name of disco, alongside 2 Cape Town finest Disco headliners bringing the heat alongside our HOT resident DJs. Tickets for this affair at Sir James are limited to 300 and sold on a first-come-first-served basis.

SATURDAY 20 MAY: HOT ON TOP +1 @ RANDLORDS
The weekend festivities reach a climax on Saturday as we come together for a day-night extravaganza, surrounded by panoramic views of the city creating the best city sunset imaginable at Joburg’s premium rooftop venue, Randlords.
We’ve given our HOT residents the task of building the lineup, as each resident invites a +1 guest to perform back-to-back with. To top this off, we’ve added one of our favourite live electronic acts in SA to the bill, The Kiffness, featuring the rising talent of vocal sensation, Moonchild Sanelly. This event will be the pinnacle of our birthday celebrations, filled with spectacle and surprise. We wouldn’t want you to miss out on this one! 😉

Street parking (Sir James) and underground parking (Randlords) is available for sober drivers. Uber is the preferred choice for everyone else. New Uber sign-ups can receive R200 off their first ride using the HOTONTOP promotional code.
